A magnitude 7 earthquake struck the Vanuatu Islands on Monday (March 30, 2026), the German Analysis Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) mentioned.
The U.S. Tsunami Warning Middle mentioned there was no tsunami menace from the earthquake.
The quake was at a depth of 130 km (80 miles), GFZ mentioned.
