Gunmen kill 10 individuals on the town in Mexico’s Puebla state, authorities say

Mexican authorities on Sunday (Could 17, 2026) mentioned at the least 10 individuals had been killed in an assault by gunmen within the city of Tehuitzingo within the east-central state of Puebla.

The victims had been six males, three ladies, and a toddler, and all had been shot within the early hours of Sunday (Could 17, 2026), Puebla’s public safety company mentioned in a press release. Federal officers are investigating the case.

Native authorities didn’t say whether or not there have been any suspects within the killings.

In February, six individuals had been killed in Huehuetlán El Grande, one other metropolis of Puebla state. Days later, three individuals died in Puebla’s capital after an assault on their automobile.
