Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Sunday (February 22, 2026) urged U.S. President Donald Trump to deal with all nations equally after the U.S. chief imposed a further 10% tariff on imports following a Supreme Courtroom ruling in opposition to most of his world tariffs.
“I wish to inform the US President Donald Trump that we do not desire a new Chilly Struggle. We do not need interference in another nation, we would like all nations to be handled equally,” Mr. Lula advised reporters in New Delhi.
