The U.N. Safety Council has introduced sanctions on 4 Sudanese paramilitary commanders for atrocities dedicated within the October takeover of the Darfur metropolis of El-Fasher.
The 4 are high-ranking members of the Fast Assist Forces, which a U.N. probe final week decided had dedicated acts of genocide of their 18-month siege and eventual seize of El-Fasher.
